Been trying to convert my P90x files onto the Blackberry Curve 8330 and finally found the program and configuration to do so!

Program: mediacoder  (used version 0.7.2.4530, freeware)

Settings: 

Video: MPEG-4, Layer 2, 400 Kbps, x264, 320x240 @20 fps

Audio: FAAC, 32000 Hz, 112kbps, AAC container 

 Chest & Back came to 267mb.  

 Throw in a 4gb mini SD card and I should be set!
